- Enter the delivery details and click on the " Continue " button (If you are logged in and already have an account, the fields will be filled in automatically).
- After checking all the data and agreeing to the terms and conditions, send the order by clicking on the button send order.
- After sending and processing the order, a confirmation of receipt of the order by the operator will be delivered to your e-mail immediately. If necessary, all further information regarding your order will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
- Your goods will be delivered to you based on the delivery time.
Transportation is provided by the courier company Slovenská pošta. Shipments can be sent to the collection points of the Shipping Office and picked up at a time that suits your needs. The shipment is shipped within 24 hours depending on the payment option selected and the inventory displayed with the product. For purchases over 300 euros, we will deliver the goods to you within the Slovak Republic free of charge. For purchases over 1100 euros, we will deliver within the Czech Republic free of charge.

When selecting the personal collection option, you will receive a PIN code for the order. Thanks to this PIN code, the shipment in our sales gallery can also be taken over by persons who are not listed in the billing or delivery addresses, e.g. Your family member or employee.
The products on the eshop contain all important information such as image, description, parameters, available variants and subvariants, current stock, various identification codes and in some cases manuals, videos or technical documents for download. In case of any questions about a specific product, it is possible to use the contact form "question about the product" displayed in the details of each product.
The goods are insured within the shipping company for the value of the goods that contain the shipment. The insurance is valid for the period during transport until the time when the goods are delivered to the customer. We recommend that you carefully check the package or packaging of the shipment before taking over the goods from the courier. In the event that the shipment is damaged, we recommend that you record this information through the available options of the delivery person or immediately complain about the shipment as a damage event on the part of the delivery person.
Exchange of goods
You do not fit the size or you want a different color of the purchased goods. We provide the opportunity to exchange purchased goods of the same value. Do not hesitate to contact us to exchange the goods .
For any goods in our e-shop, we provide a guarantee for the return of goods within 14 days of delivery. The condition is undamaged goods with the original packaging without signs of use.
